Wicked Awesome

As Christmas/birthday gift to each other, Heather and I went and saw Wicked and San Francisco. The show was incredible. If you get the chance to see Wicked, do it. It's worth every penny. The music, the sets, the costumes, the dancing- all unbelievable.

Afterwards, we had dinner at Cheesecake Factory in Union Square. We saw outside until it started to rain. They were unable to get us a table inside right away, so we just opened our umbrellas and continued eating our bread until they found a table inside. So much fun!

Practice Makes Perfect

Today I took a piano lesson for the first time in over 10 years! Talk about nerve-racking and humbling! I'm very rusty, but very excited about getting some technique back and learning more theory.

My teacher gave me a practice book. I've actually never had one of these before! I always just used a regular notebook. Very fun!
